X-rays, MRIs or CT Films won't help people on the jury understand the extent of your injuries. I can't tell you how many clients have told me the use of medical illustrations during litigation (even mediation or arbitration) increased the settlement or award tremendously. Our defense clients have told us how damning these are to their side and they hate going up against them (and that's how we've gotten most of our defense clients).
