The thing I was trying to get at, was every time I see the budget deficit and it's rapid rise in 2009, I thought Bush was in charge for three of those, I do understand that congress controls the purse and all that, but I keep (wishful) thinking that....OK, tack on the extra three months spending to Bush, but after that everything is completely accountable to Obama, and if a fair portrayal of 2009 being divided and the "squarely" cut off (along with the credit for the re-paid TARP to lower Bush's 2009 budget number, if that's when they were counted as spent?), I think it would cut off the blame game for the Dems and put them in their sorry places! On second thought, what am I thinking, that will never happen anyway so I guess its time to watch some TV.
